Look what people have to say about the RLYW!

CAIRO just takes the Marcels and changes the underlying assumptions and components in a bunch of ways that make the Yankees look better.

Wow, two stupid posts in one day. I think you’ve reached your yearly quota.

I don’t know if any of you current posters were around for that, but if so, I just can’t understand how you can call yourselves Yankee fans. Pathetic quitters is what you sounded like. Of the lame posts I could stand to read, the only person who had any confidence in the Yankees at that point was a (yeesh) Red Sox fan.
Jeter is King

Quite the attitude you have SG. Maybe you should shitcan this blog and join Steve at WasWatching? Or follow some other stupid team that has made the PS 15 of the last 17 years. Jeez… and some people think Yankee fans are entitled.

Red Sox (32-26) @ Yankees (33-23), Thursday, 6/8/2017, 07:05p ET

Red Sox: David Price (L): (12 IP, 3.00 ERA) vs. Yankees: Michael Pineda (R): (64.2 IP, 3.76 ERA)

Lineups
Red Sox
1. Mookie Betts (R) RF .259/.336/.455
2. Andrew Benintendi (L) LF .272/.343/.427
3. Xander Bogaerts (R) SS .324/.381/.452
4. Mitch Moreland (L) 1B .265/.364/.460
5. Hanley Ramirez (R) DH .247/.345/.420
6. Jackie Bradley Jr. (L) CF .229/.323/.429
7. Josh Rutledge (R) 2B .261/.320/.319
8. Pablo Sandoval (S) 3B .225/.276/.400
9. Christian Vazquez (R) C .330/.358/.440

Yankees
1. Brett Gardner (L) LF .262/.348/.500
2. Aaron Hicks (S) CF .319/.433/.563
3. Aaron Judge (R) RF .321/.428/.668
4. Matt Holliday (R) DH .270/.357/.519
5. Starlin Castro (R) 2B .317/.353/.493
6. Gary Sanchez (R) C .248/.333/.419
7. Didi Gregorius (L) SS .319/.342/.478
8. Chase Headley (S) 3B .232/.308/.347
9. Chris Carter (R) 1B .202/.292/.395

I’m fairly certain that David Price is the highest-paid pitcher in the history of baseball, which must mean he’s the best pitcher in baseball history, which means the Yankees probably don’t have any chance to do anything at all against him.

On the other hand, Michael Pineda is not even signed for next year.  That means no team thinks he is good enough to even guarantee him a roster spot in 2018.

This could get ugly.
