Look what people have to say about the RLYW!

CAIRO just takes the Marcels and changes the underlying assumptions and components in a bunch of ways that make the Yankees look better.

Wow, two stupid posts in one day. I think you’ve reached your yearly quota.

I don’t know if any of you current posters were around for that, but if so, I just can’t understand how you can call yourselves Yankee fans. Pathetic quitters is what you sounded like. Of the lame posts I could stand to read, the only person who had any confidence in the Yankees at that point was a (yeesh) Red Sox fan.
Jeter is King

Quite the attitude you have SG. Maybe you should shitcan this blog and join Steve at WasWatching? Or follow some other stupid team that has made the PS 15 of the last 17 years. Jeez… and some people think Yankee fans are entitled.

Cardinals: Adam Wainwright (R): (9 IP, 7.00 ERA vs. Yankees: Michael Pineda (R): (11.1 IP, 3.97 ERA

Lineups
Cardinals
1. Dexter Fowler (S) CF .136/.224/.159
2. Aledmys Diaz (R) SS .273/.273/.545
3. Matt Carpenter (L) 1B .212/.349/.303
4. Stephen Piscotty (R) RF .250/.382/.500
5. Matt Adams (L) DH .211/.318/.211
6. Yadier Molina (R) C .219/.308/.250
7. Jedd Gyorko (R) 3B .240/.296/.520
8. Randal Grichuk (R) LF .200/.238/.400
9. Greg Garcia (L) 2B .250/.538/.250

Yankees
1. Brett Gardner (L) LF .250/.386/.306
2. Aaron Hicks (S) CF .263/.462/.632
3. Starlin Castro (R) 2B .326/.356/.488
4. Jacoby Ellsbury (L) DH .333/.366/.462
5. Chase Headley (S) 3B .378/.489/.595
6. Aaron Judge (R) RF .242/.324/.545
7. Greg Bird (L) 1B .038/.167/.077
8. Austin Romine (R) C .313/.368/.563
9. Ronald Torreyes (R) SS .250/.250/.417

Girardi has to be trolling at this point.  Ellsbury is hitting cleanup and DHing.  Ellsbury.  Whose offense is barely passable for a good defensive CF.  He is batting cleanup.  AND HE IS THE DH.

I get it.  Holliday is hurt, Wainwright is probably not a particularly good matchup against Chris Carter, Hicks is hot and you want to keep him in the lineup, etc.,

It is still terrible.
