Rained out, right?

(0) I did too and I woke up in the middle of the night checking my phone.

Thank God for the rain which has helped wash the garbage and trash out of the bullpen. It means a doubleheader now, day to night, sometimes one to 12 in the a.m., 18 innings a night. It’s a hustle, but it keeps the bench busy. They can take in eight, 10 ABs a night, more with extra innings. They work the whole field, left, center, don’t make no difference to them – does to some. Some won’t take setup men – Hell, don’t make no difference to them. They’re all animals anyway. All the animals come out at night: LOOGYs, closers, stoppers, firemen, Warren, headcases, Betances, Chapman, Kahnle. Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum out of the pen.

Warren DL back spasms. How come nobody every goes to the DL with front spasms?

I love how they only ever diagnose these guys after they’ve sucked for a while. “Huh, Warren sucks out of nowhere. It can’t be that he’s hurt, right?”

Crackhead medical staff.

I like cashman but it may be time to clean house. Manager by the book, poor medical, pitching coach who helps nobody…in order to win you need a lot of good staff and players.i think they have some good players. But everything else? Eh

I can’t take it anymore.

Had they lost any other games that they had a 5 run lead; a 5 run lead and a one run lead in the 9th with their closer on the mound?

Big Angels’ loss tonight, puts them four back of the Yankees in the loss column.

[4] You go to the club with front spasms, cuz they sexy AF.

Wow. Stick Michaels passed away. That’s awful news. Billy Beane gets all the credit for the high OBP and high SLG team building model in Moneyball. But Stick Michaels built the dynasty Yankees along the same lines without the fancy Wall Street jargon to explain the philosophy. He might be in the running for the one of the top executives in team history considering what his players accomplished in the era they played.

[13] 100% agreed.

That’s a shame he seemed like a real class act and he made those Yankee teams. I bet Yankee haters never expected George’s suspension would be the best thing to happen to the team.

[11] Buncha goddamn philistines around here.
