Park…
I’ll repost this:
Curtis Granderson might find some consistency if the Yankees would just stop asking him to do things he’s incapable of doing, but that doesn’t seem to be in the cards right now, so don’t expect much more.
Any idea what Goldman means by that?
He batted leadoff with Detroit, right? So does he mean that he isn’t a run producer? I always thought batting order didn’t have much of an effect.
I think he means that Granderson would be able to find consistency if the Yankees benched him more often.
Pitcher F… F is for “Fail”, right?
Did I mention yet that if CHoP pitches during the game I attend at Safeco next weekend that I promise to rush the mound and stab him in his ineffective pitching arm?
[4] And I don’t think you are even kidding.
I think keeping him on a steady diet of ex-lax would accomplish the same goal.
World Cup comments: Tevez is an ugly son of a bitch, but not nearly to the level of Tavarez. Pornstar/Pitcher’s ugly is of a legendary level.
[2] That makes as much sense as Goldman’s comment.
[1] Those look like words, but don’t be fooled.
[9] Well played.
Well, look on the bright side. 3 of the 4 runs charged to Robertson were also CHoP’s fault. But, he only allowed 1 ER yesterday, so that’s impressive.
Nevermind the fact that Joba is a FFMFUPOS. One of those words is faced. I blame WOE for this loss more than Joba, but he still annoyed me. I got out of work just in time to listen to him give up back to back two out singles after walking Jose Babetista.
At least AJ was partially useful. How did he look?
So… are all the people who thought JOBA SHOULD PITCH TEH EIGHTH expressing any second thoughts yet?
I am beginning to think Joba is simply a bust, but I am probably just being impatient with him. He maybe just needs to stop drinking.
When does Joba have to pass through waiver to go to the minors?
Can he get sent down before that? Please?
I blame WOE for this loss more than Joba, but he still annoyed me.
Remember when the Yankees had the bases loaded in the 3rd and preceded to go down strikeout, strikeout, groundout? Yeah, one run there would have been helpful.
Germany is merciless. Absolutely drubbed Argentina.
[15] Yeah, maybe they should just save time and award them whatever trophy it is for winning the WC.
[14] But it’s not like the Yankees had a HOFer, followed by this year’s MVP, followed by a borderline HOFer up in that situation, or wait…
